We want you to love your order. If something isn’t quite right, you can return it — here’s how it works.

If you are located in the EU or UK, please lodge your return through our Returns Portal and follow the instructions provided.

Full-Priced Items

  • You can return any full-priced item within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refund to Original Payment Method: You’ll be refunded the amount paid for the returned item(s). Return shipping cost: 8 € flat rate (deducted from your refund).
  • Store Credit Option: Choose store credit instead of a refund and receive a FREE return shipping label. Store credit will be issued once your return is received and processed.

Sale Items / Discount Code Orders

  • Sale or discounted items can be returned within 14 days of delivery (EU consumer law – right of withdrawal).
  • Refund to Original Payment Method: Return shipping cost: 8 € flat rate (deducted from your refund).
  • Store Credit Option: Return shipping cost: 8 € flat rate.
  • After the 14-day statutory period, sale items are eligible for store credit only, unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us immediately with a photo and short description of the issue.

  • Return shipping costs are covered by us.
  • You may choose a repair, replacement, or full refund, in accordance with French consumer law (Articles L.217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping fees depend on your selected return option (as outlined above).
  • Free returns apply only to your first purchase made using the original payment method.
  • Orders placed using store credit are still returnable within 14 days, but return shipping will be at your cost.

Store Credit Purchases

  • Items purchased using store credit can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping cost: 8 € flat rate (at customer’s expense).
  • Refunds for these purchases are reissued as store credit.

Processing & Conditions

  • Only products purchased via our official website may be returned through this process.
  • Products purchased in retail stores or other online platforms must be returned via the original point of purchase.
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, including all accessories (tags, manuals, barcodes, protective bags, etc.).
  • Once your return is received at our warehouse, please allow 7–14 business days for processing.
  • We do not offer exchanges at this time.
  • If a return is refused (e.g., due to non-compliance with the conditions above), the item will either be returned to you at your expense or can be picked up from our warehouse within 30 days.
